How we built our products.

Since 2025 every business in Germany must be able to receive e-invoices, and many invoices are still written in Word or Excel. We built a browser app that creates XRechnung and ZUGFeRD invoices, turns an existing PDF, Word or Excel invoice into an e-invoice, checks it with the official KoSIT validator and archives it. An overview shows what needs attention, such as overdue invoices and incoming invoices to book, and the accounting view prepares the export for the tax adviser.

Importers must meet the EU Battery Regulation and ESPR, but their product data sits with suppliers abroad. We built a platform that validates this data against Annex XIII of the Battery Regulation, signs each passport as a W3C Verifiable Credential and makes it readable via GS1 Digital Link. Customs, retailers and authorities can verify a passport without special software.

Long legal forms often go unfinished. We reduced the contract to what a private car sale needs, split it into five short steps and generate the PDF without an account and without storing the contract details.
